In 2014, a team of engineers in Coimbatore asked a simple question: why does corporate training so often fail to change how people actually work? The answer wasn't the people. It was the system — generic content, no hands-on practice, disconnected from real tools and workflows.
So we built a different system. A custom LMS platform built in-house. An on-premise datacenter with over 100 predefined lab environments — so participants could practise on real technology, not slide decks. Expert trainers recruited from industry, not just classrooms. And a delivery model that could scale from a 5-person startup team to a 1,000-person enterprise cohort, online, offline, or blended.
That system — refined over ten years, 50,000+ professionals, and engagements with IBM, Qualcomm, Capgemini, Tata Communications, and dozens more — became DuraLabs. And the tagline we earned, not just chose: Innovate. Execute. Empower.
And then the question got bigger:
what if everything we know about how learning really works could reach every stage of life?
